Our services cover registration and administrative procedures and the utilisation of intellectual property rights through licensing, franchising and master production and distribution agreements. We advise on all aspects of intellectual and industrial property, including copyright, trademarks, patents, domain names, industrial designs and models, and trade secrets. We also file copyrighted work at the National Library and pursue and defend claims of copyright infringement through to litigation.
