حصل عربيات ومشاركوه محامون على قرار غير قابل للطعن من محكمة بداية عمّان ومحكمة الاستئناف لصالح عميله بنك الخليج الدولي، عبر دعوى تنفيذ حكم أجنبي بقيمة 13,000,000 دولار أمريكي. في 2 أيار 2021 أقام المكتب دعوى كبرى معقّدة أمام محكمة البداية نيابة عن بنك الخليج الدولي بهذا المبلغ، حيث حكمت المحكمة لصالح البنك، وأُيّد القرار من محكمة الاستئناف الأردنية في 28 تشرين الثاني 2021.

Arabiat & Partners Lawyers obtained a non-appealable decision from the Amman Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal for its client, Gulf International Bank, by filing a foreign-judgment execution action valued at USD 13,000,000.

On 2 May 2021, the firm filed a complex, high-value claim before the Court of First Instance on behalf of Gulf International Bank in that amount. The court ruled in favour of GIB, and the decision was upheld by the Jordanian Court of Appeal on 28 November 2021.
